J2022000830517; CUI: 47088115, hereinafter referred to as “ORMO”, “we” or “the Operator” is
a Personal data operator.
Personal data will be collected and processed by ORMO Europe S.R.L only to the extent permitted by Regulation (EU) No. 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (RGPD or GDPR) and related Romanian and European legislation.
This Policy is intended to inform you about how we process the personal data we collect from you or that you provide to us through the website www.ormo-camper.com.
Our main priority is to protect your information and respect the confidentiality of your data as you use our website, so that we can ensure appropriate security measures and your comfort in using our websites. This policy sets out the rules and scope of our processing of your data and the related rights and responsibilities.

III. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS:

User – an individual who uses the Website.
ORMO Europe S.R.L. – ORMO, we, or the Operator.
GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

Processing of personal data (processing) – any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, with or without the use of automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.
IV. OBJECTIVES
The objectives of the Privacy Policy are:
1. to ensure that data subjects are informed about how their personal data is processed and about their rights and how to exercise them;
2. to ensure compliance with personal data protection legislation;
3. to minimize risks by preventing personal data protection incidents and reducing their potential impact;
4. to increase user confidence in the services offered by the Operator.
V. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
ORMO processes the personal data of visitors and users of the website www.ormo-camper.com only within the limits provided by applicable law (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR, as well as other relevant normative acts) and strictly for the purposes mentioned below.
The purposes of processing are:
1. Presentation of ORMO products and services
Provision of information about camper modules, accessories, and related technical specifications, as well as data about distributors;
Publication of photos, descriptions, and technical details to facilitate user information;
Maintenance of up-to-date and accurate content on the website.
2. Managing requests and correspondence

Responding to questions, requests for quotes, or requests for information received by email or through contact forms;
Forwarding requests to the relevant authorized distributors, when necessary.

Implementing technical solutions to increase platform security and stability and prevent fraud.

Managing and archiving commercial correspondence and requests received;
Ensuring the proper functioning of the website and IT infrastructure.
If you contact the ORMO team in order to resolve your request, evaluate and improve support services, your data may be processed and the phone call may be recorded and stored for as long as necessary to maintain our relationship with you. By continuing the call, you agree to the recording of the conversation and the processing of data for the purposes mentioned above. The operator may return with an automatic call within 1-3 days from the date of the initial recorded conversation to evaluate the quality of the services and information provided by the operator's consultants.
6. Compliance with legal obligations
Compliance with the requirements imposed by the legislation in force regarding data protection and electronic communications;
Response to legitimate requests from public authorities or courts;
Storage and archiving of certain data in accordance with the terms provided by law.
Note: ORMO does not collect or process personal data for purposes that are not compatible with the above and does not transfer data to third parties except under the conditions provided by law or with the express consent of the data subject. The processing is based on the legitimate interest of the company (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) – optimising our business, developing and customising our products and services – as well as on legal obligations (e.g. taxation, consumer protection). To this end, we use aggregated, pseudonymized, or anonymized data to optimize the user experience on the website, respond more quickly to requests received, and improve the quality of services offered to visitors and potential customers interested in the products presented.
VI. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
In our work, we only process personal data that's needed to do what we say in this Privacy Policy, sticking to the principles of data minimization and lawful processing, as per Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national laws.

4.2. ORMO Europe S.R.L. does not intentionally collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 18. Although we make every effort to prevent this, we do not have the technical means to verify the age of visitors to the website.

3. You also have the right to seek legal redress for any violation of your rights regarding the processing of personal data. VIII. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
ORMO Europe S.R.L. processes and stores your personal data only for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with this Policy and the applicable legislation in Romania and the European Union.
Given the specific nature of the website www.ormo-camper.com, which is exclusively for the presentation of products and does not involve the registration of a user account or the performance of online transactions, the retention periods are limited as follows:
Data provided through contact forms (first name, last name, email address, phone number, message content) – stored for a maximum of 6 months from the date of the last interaction, in order to respond to requests and manage any follow-ups;

After the expiry of the aforementioned periods:

XI. PROTECTION AND SECURITY INCIDENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
