6. Product information — presentation and limitations

6.1. The information, images, and technical specifications published on the Site are for informational purposes only. Although ORMO strives for accuracy, technical inaccuracies, changes in specifications by the manufacturer, or differences between the configurations shown in the photos and the standard configuration of the product may occur.

6.2. Any indication regarding prices, delivery times, or availability is for informational purposes only and does not create any contractual obligations on the part of ORMO. For specific prices, availability, and delivery times, please contact authorized distributors or ORMO Europe S.R.L. directly.

6.3. If the Website redirects to a distributor's sales platform (or suggests the possibility of placing an order through a third party), any sales contract is concluded between the distributor and the customer, according to the distributor's terms — ORMO is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for payment processing, delivery, warranties, or returns handled by the distributor. In the event that the products are purchased directly from ORMO Europe S.R.L., the contractual terms and conditions shall be agreed and established separately between ORMO and the customer, through a separate contract, which shall regulate essential elements such as price, payment method, delivery terms, and warranties.

7. Orders, sales and consumer rights

7.1. No direct sales through the Site

The ORMO Site is for informational purposes only and does not allow direct orders or purchases of products or services. In situations where, for commercial reasons, you are directed to an authorized partner/distributor, any subsequent transaction will be subject to the commercial terms and conditions of that distributor (including delivery, billing, payment, return policy, warranties, etc.). ORMO is not a party to such commercial contracts and assumes no responsibility for their performance or non-performance. In the event that the products are purchased directly from ORMO Europe S.R.L., the contractual terms and conditions shall be agreed and established separately between ORMO and the customer, through a separate contract.

7.2. Applicability of consumer rights

Consumer rights, as provided for by applicable law — including, but not limited to, Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights — apply strictly to the contractual relationship between the consumer and the authorized distributor. This includes, for example, the right to withdraw from a distance contract, the deadline for returning products, the obligation to provide prior information, etc.

ORMO may optionally provide general or indicative information on standard commercial procedures (such as typical return policies or delivery times of distributors), but does not manage, mediate, or take responsibility for requests for returns, refunds, or complaints relating to sales made by third parties. In the event that the products are purchased directly from ORMO Europe S.R.L., the applicable conditions will be governed exclusively by a separate contract concluded between ORMO and the customer. This contract will expressly establish all the essential aspects of the transaction (price, payment and delivery terms, guarantees, returns, etc.), and the website does not and will not have any contractual role in the relationship between the parties, being only of an informative and promotional nature.

7.3. Informative nature of offers and promotions

Any information regarding products, prices, discounts, or promotions displayed on the Site is purely indicative and does not constitute a binding offer in the legal sense. This information is published for the purpose of helping users make informed decisions, but the actual commercial terms will be determined exclusively by the authorized distributor or, where applicable, by ORMO Europe S.R.L. in the case of direct purchases, in accordance with its own policy.

7.4. Warranties

Regardless of whether ORMO products are purchased through authorized distributors or directly from ORMO Europe S.R.L., they are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, ORMO, for a period of 2 years, in accordance with the applicable legislation on the sale of goods and associated warranties (Directive (EU) 2019/771).

The warranty conditions, instructions for use, procedure for reporting non-conformities, and methods of return or repair will be mentioned in the documentation accompanying the product upon delivery (warranty certificate, user manual, return instructions).

In order to benefit from the warranty, the consumer must comply with the conditions of use and maintenance specified by the manufacturer, and any warranty claim will be resolved in accordance with the procedure described in these documents.

8. Payments and payment processors

8.1. In situations where you choose to purchase products through an authorized distributor, all information regarding accepted payment methods, financial terms, payment terms, applicable fees, and payment processors used will be provided directly by that distributor. ORMO is not a party to these transactions and does not determine, control, or guarantee the financial or technical conditions of payment.

If the products are purchased directly from ORMO Europe S.R.L., the payment terms (accepted methods, deadlines, fees, late payment penalties, etc.) will be expressly established and agreed upon in the sales contract concluded between ORMO and the customer. These terms are not managed or detailed on the Website, as the Website is for informational and promotional purposes only.

8.2. ORMO does not process or store bank or card details – payment processing is carried out exclusively by the distributor or its processor, under security conditions that comply with applicable legislation. ORMO is not responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion fees, or other costs imposed by the financial institutions involved in the transaction.

11.4. Amicable resolution of non-conformities

Any complaints regarding the products or services presented on the Site will be resolved, as far as possible, amicably, within a maximum of 30 calendar days from receipt of the notification from the user, either by ORMO (if applicable) or by the authorized distributor.

11.5. Right to modify the Site

ORMO reserves the right to modify at any time the structure, content, graphic appearance, or functionality of the Site, including its pages and subpages, without the obligation to notify users in advance. 13.2. Complaints regarding purchases from distributors

If the complaint concerns a purchase made through an authorized distributor, such as canceling an order, returning a product, exercising the right of withdrawal, or applying the warranty, we recommend that you contact the distributor directly. ORMO is not a party to the transaction and cannot intervene in commercial procedures carried out by distributors, but can provide, upon request, general information about their identification or the standard steps that can be followed.

13.3. Appropriate language and mutual respect

ORMO reserves the right not to respond to messages that contain abusive or offensive language or that are not formulated in good faith. Communication with users is conducted in a framework of mutual respect and professionalism.

If the force majeure event persists for more than 15 working days, each party may notify the other of the termination or reconfiguration of the relationship without the parties being able to claim damages for this cause.
